Founded in 2001, Kurtzer's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is a family-owned and veteran-operated contractor specializing in commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning throughout the Greater Bay Area and Central Valley.
With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the trade, we've built the business on trust, craftsmanship and reliability. We understand the demands of commercial and industrial environments — where downtime costs real money and a system that "mostly works" isn't good enough.
Whether it's a new installation, a system upgrade, preventative maintenance or a tenant improvement, every project gets the same attention. Our long-standing client relationships reflect how we work: integrity, hard work and respect.
Owner David Kurtzer served as a B-52 airframe structures mechanic in the United States Air Force — precision sheet metal work on aircraft, where there is no margin for error. That standard is still how we fabricate and install.
